You must have already filled out a Club Membership Application in order to continue further with the rest of the website. Please have your club membership ID number ready and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number to create an account.

Not Yet A Member?

Club Membership is available exclusively to City of Los Angeles employees and DWP employees. If you are not a Club Member, becoming a member is quite simple and easy. Simply call (800)464-0452 and someone will be glad to assist you in your application process. You will not be able to purchase anything in your shopping cart or view any of the Alive contents until you become a member.
