What do I need to know?

Assurity plan pays a monthly amount from $700 to $2000, for 90 days up to 2 years when you are totally disabled due to a non-work related injury or illnes only.

How long will it take to find out if my claim is approved or denied?

Every case is unique, but generally the insurance company makes a determination on your claim after two weeks of the receipt of your claim.
